Investor, Speaker, and Author Ivan Alfaro is the Founder & CEO of Common Walk. His investment firm has operated over 171 deals & doors since 2007.
He started with just 1 property at the age of 19 while working as a Web Designer and scrounging up enough for his down payment, he then proceeded to buy multiple properties throughout his twenties and worked his way up the Corporate Ladder-his last 2 roles being a Sr Web Developer and Technical Manager. By the age of 27, he was able to leave his job due to a $180k payout from just one of his properties. After leaving, he went on to invest in a variety of deals from single family fix-n-flips, to multi-family, and even warehouses.
Today he focuses on the Affordable Housing Rental portfolio of approximately 20 doors along with his team to build communities while building wealth.
When not spending time with his amazing wife or scaling up his investment firm, he walks his potbelly pig in the neighborhood or enjoys just about every movie ever made.
