Bob started his successful real estate career in the 80’s as a commercial agent on Long
Island. He quickly worked his way up the ranks to running the Commercial Division of
his first real estate office, working for a nationwide company.
He has been involved in many facets of the Real Estate industry- home inspector,
mortgage broker, residential as well as commercial agent.
Bob was involved in hundreds of fix & flips during the last real estate downturn in the
greater Arizona area. His meticulous research and astute skillset helped many investors
realize greatly profitable transactions.
Patience and thoroughness as well as a friendly work manner are things that Bob prides
himself in.
He is proud of the closeness of his family, he has two sons, his older son Lee has a
PhD in foreign languages and his wife Tina and son Ben love living in a John Weiland
community in the Lawrenceville area of Georgia. He is a long-time guitar player and he is an avid
Braves and Falcons fan.
Bob is honored to be part of the Common Walk team working with Ivan on projects for investors, along with overseeing property acquisitions & exit strategies to keep our investors apprised of how their capital is diligently being put to work.
