the real estate industry. In fact, prior to her involvement with TMM360 she helped establish
and served as CEO of Homewise Solutions and The Homewise Group, a Real Estate Brokerage
that took the lead in transforming the way people buy real estate.
TMM360 is Smith’s first foray into the world of offering professional business development
services, but she is no stranger to business development activities. Her career as an
entrepreneur and networking professional required her to engage in personal business
development activities at every stage of her professional development. For Smith business
development relies on making connections and understanding the needs and desires of the
people you meet with. That has been her guiding principle throughout all of her endeavors and
following that path has led her to great success. Smith believes once you make a connection
and understand what others need then true collaboration can occur and collaboration is the

ventures, she was able to take her marketing skills and her entrepreneur expertise to grow
privately owned FEDEX stores within the Georgia market.
Smith’s role at the company will be to bring her many years of networking experience to not

situation. Smith is known for her honest, open and enthusiastic approach that naturally draws
people in to hear what she has to say. She is also an effective coach and mentor and has a
passion for helping teams come together and be the best at what they do. Shauna has
experience in developing creative business strategies, product development market forecasting
and in helping people achieve the remarkable.
Her passion for working internationally led her to her most recent partnership in business.
She partnered with Joie De Luzuriaga to help create jobs and spread wealth across the globe.
They opened a virtual assistant firm called Virtualive, where they match- make business owners
with the ultimate Virtual Assistant based on personality, skills and mutual goals.
Shauna Smith is a native of Hampton Virginia and holds a degree in Human Resources. She
spent many years working in the luxury hotel market where she developed a talent for going
above and beyond to make sure the client’s needs are met and satisfied in any business she is
to get involved in.
